摘要
从治理视角分析我国建国后职业教育制度发展的三个阶段,其呈现出以外为主的外生性发展路径、显著的显性和隐性路径依赖、集中于学校职业教育发展正式制度、主要依赖政策支持并缺乏有效运行机制、制度的规范性和科学性有待加强等特点,结合我国职业教育制度发展中的问题、世界职业教育制度发展趋势和新时期职业教育制度发展的任务,未来职业教育制度发展应思考制度转型的价值取向、制度突破的着力点和制度创新的基本保障等问题。
Analysis on the development of vocational education system from the perspective of governance since the founding of New China shows the following characteristics: the main path to outside exogenous development, significant path to explicit and implicit dependence, focus on the formal system on school vocational education development, the dependence on policy support and the lack of effective operational mechanism, the need of standardized and scientific system to be strengthened. Combined with the development of vocational education system in question, the development trends across the world, the tasks of vocational education system development in the future, the following points are clear: the value of transformation on the development of vocational education system should consider, the focal point of system break and the basic security of institutional innovation and other issues.
