The Governance Reform of Higher Vocational College: Theoretic Topic and Practical Problem

治理改革已经成为高职教育改革与研究中的焦点话题。高职院校治理的理论基础主要关注治理结构与治理机制。在此理论框架之内,高职院校治理存在政府干预过度、行业企业参与不足及内部治理结构与治理机制不合理等问题。因此,高职院校治理改革的方向是:完善法人治理结构,明确政府、行业企业等主体的角色定位,完善董事会下的治理机制,推进学术权力制度化。

Governance reform has been a focus of research and reform of higher vocational education. The basis of the theory pays more attention to governance structure and governance mechanism. From the theory mechanism, the paper finds that some problems of higher vocational college governance such as government intervention, participation of industry and enterprise not enough and the problems of governance structure and governance mechanism, comes from the unreasonable reorganization to higher vocational college governance. So the reform direction of higher vocational colleges governance include： optimize the governance structure subjected by legal person, clarify the roles of government, industry and enterprises in governance, boost the institutionalization of academic power.
