职业教育与经济结构调整的适配性分析

Study on Matching Relation between Vocational Education and Economic Structure Adjustment

受外部经济环境变化和内在发展要求的双重影响,我国正在经历经济结构的转型和调整,职业教育的发展需要与之相适应。对2008年国际金融危机以来我国职业教育发展与经济结构调整的适配性进行评价分析表明,我国职业教育发展状况与经济转型和产业结构调整基本适应,但存在不一致和区域性不均衡等问题;同时,职业教育内涵建设仍存在较大的提升空间。为此,应强化政府的统筹规划功能和市场的调节作用,处理好职业教育发展与产业经济转型之间的关系。

Influenced by changes of external economic environment and requirements of internal development, the industrial economy of China is undergoing transformation and adjustment, which requires the compatible development of vocational education. This article analyzes the matching relation between the development of vocational education and industrial restructuring since the financial crisis from overall level and sectional region level and includes the key indicators such as the adjustment of majors and enrollment, the whole and the per capital education funding, the student-faculty ratio etc. The result shows that the development of vocational education basically adapts to the adjustment of industrial structure. However, there still exists some mismatch problems. Such suggestions as strengthening the function of government＇s overall planning and market regulation, dealing with the relationship between vocational education and economic transition are put forward.
