摘要
高职院校进行社会工作专业课程体系设计与开发可以从以下几方面着手进行:调查分析社工职业的岗位群,确定职业岗位的典型工作任务,分析工作任务应要求的能力素质,构建基于工作过程的课程体系,搭建政校社、行校社"双三元"协同的实践教学平台,构建相关利益方参与的全过程质量评估体系。
The social work specialty curriculum system in higher vocational colleges can be designed and developed from the following several aspects: investigate the social work profession post group, determine the typical task of professional post, analyze ability quality required by work task, build the curriculum system based on the working process, set up "double ternary" practice teaching platform, and build the whole process of quality evaluation system involved by the stakeholders.
