摘要
课程完成率低一直是困扰MOOC持续发展的一个重要问题。基于果壳网、问卷星、知乎网等网络调查的结果显示,造成MOOC课程完成率不高的原因主要包括时间有限、自制力差、语言困难等。通过数据分析并结合MOOC特点,提出提高课程吸引力、提升课堂质量、完善退课机制、控制课程时长等对策,以期为MOOC的后续发展提供解决路径。
The low rate of course completion is always an important problem in the sustainable development of MOOC. Based on the findings from www.guokr.com, www.sojump.com and www.zhihu.com, the paper found that the reasons resulting in low rate are limit time, poor self-control and language difficulty, etc. And the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, such as improve course attraction, improve the classroom teaching quality, optimize the withdraw mechanism, control courses duration.
