行业协会参与职业教育校企合作的运行机制研究——以电子商务专业人才培养为例

Research on the Operation Mechanism of Industry Association Participating in School-enterprise Cooperation of Vocational Education——The Case of E-Commerce Specialty

行业协会作为政府、企业、学校之间沟通的桥梁,在职业教育校企合作中具有越来越重要的地位。行业协会是职业教育中的统筹者、指导者、组织者、监控者,具备指导、组织、质量监控等职能。鉴于运行机制影响因素之间的相互作用机理,从宏观层面构建政策支持、合作动力、利益分配、组织运行、交流融合五大保障机制,从中观层面构建教学、人才交流、商业项目三大运行模式,从微观层面进行实践探索,全面建立行业协会参与职业教育校企合作的运行机制。

Industry association, as a bridge among the government, enterprises and universities, is playing an increasingly important role in the collaboration between universities and enterprises. It is the coordinator, instructor, organizer and supervisor of vocational education, and has the function of guidance, organizing and quality controlling. Given the interaction mechanism of factors impacting operation mechanism, it is suggested to establish the five-security-mechanism in macro level that is policy support, cooperative motivation, interest distribution, organized operation and communication and combination, in medium level construct three operative models, which are teaching, talents exchange and commercial projects, and in micro level launch he practice exploration, so as to overall establish the operation mechanism of industry association participating in university-enterprise cooperation of vocational education.
