摘要
研究用零价铁(Fe0)/双氧水(H2O2)-Fenton氧化法预处理医药化工废水.考察不同初始参数如初始pH、H2O2浓度、Fe0用量、废水初始TOC浓度、温度等对废水TOC去除率的影响.试验结果表明,在初始pH值为3.0、H2O2/TOC摩尔比为2、Fe0用量为12.0 g/L,废水初始TOC浓度为1.0 g/L和反应温度25℃的条件下,反应60 min后,废水TOC的去除率为75.5%.酸性条件和提高温度均有利于反应的进行.研究表明,曝气/Fe0/H2O2系统可作为一种有效去除医药化工废水中有机污染物的预处理方法.
The pre-treatment of pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater by Fenton oxidation with zero-valent iron(Fe0) and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) was investigated. The influence of different crucial parameterssuch as the initial pH value,initial H2O2 concentration,the Fe0 dosage,initial TOC concentration ofwastewater and the reaction temperature on TOC removal were evaluated. The results showed that 77.5%removal efficiency of TOC after 60 min reaction was achieved under the condition of the initial pH of 3.0,H2O2/TOC molar ratio of 2,Fe0 dosage of 12.0 g/L,initial TOC concentration of 1.0 g/L,the reaction temperature of25 ℃. Acidic conditions and higher reaction temperature were favorable for TOC degradation. The study showsthat the air/Fe0/H2O2 system can be considered as an effective alternative solution for the removal of manyorganic pollutants present in pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater.
