摘要
采用复合乳化剂,以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)为原料,乳液聚合合成了性能稳定的聚硅氧烷乳液.讨论了反应温度,投料方式,单体配比对乳液粒径变化和性能的影响.结果表明:在反应温度30-50℃范围内,乳液粒径随着温度的升高逐渐变大;随着单体用量的增加,粒径逐渐增大.相同条件下,一次加料的乳液粒径比单体滴加的乳液粒径大.当反应温度为45℃,乳化剂用量为5%(对单体),十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)用量为0.20 g,nMPS∶nMTES=1∶1(摩尔比)时,得到的乳液粒径分布及稳定性最佳,且粒子形貌为规整球形.
The stable polysiloxane emulsion was prepared using γ-methacryloxy-propyl-trimethoxysilane(MPS) and methyltriethoxysilane(MTES) with composite emulsifiers. The influence of reaction condition on thestabilities and properties of latex was discussed. The results showed that the particle size of emulsion increasedwith the temperature increase(30 50 ℃). The particle size increased with the increase amount of monomers.The particle size of emulsion by batch was larger than that of emulsion by semi-continuous. The particle sizedistribution and stability of emulsion were optimum,which was prepared under the condition of MPS∶MTES=1∶1(mole ratio),the 5% of emulsion dosage and 0.2 g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) at 45 ℃,andthe morphology of particle was neat sphere.
