摘要
[目的]通过配合力测定选出具有较强杂种优势的亲本。[方法]通过Griffing第4种双列杂交固定模型的设计方案,对8个春小麦品种的7个性状进行配合力测定。[结果]7个性状的两种配合力方差均达极显著水平,其中741-2的主要性状一般配合力最高,834-2与741-2的组合特殊配合力最高。[结论]选用配合力方差大的亲本,使高、低性状互补。
[Objective] By combining ability of spring wheat varieties of seven traits, strong adaptability of the parent were selected. [Method] According to Griffing's the forth design objection of diallel cross and fixity model, combing ability of seven primary agronomic traits in eight spring wheat genotype were analyzed. [Result]The results showed that the two combing ability(GCA and SCA) of seven traits reached highly significance level. The highest GCA effect was 741-2, which had predominantly discrepancy with other genotype. The highest SCA were combination of 834-2 and 741-2, which had predominantly discrepancy with other hybrid combination. [Conclusion] The key of taking advantage of strong offspring was high comprehensive character level. To obtain the offspring of high yield or high quality traits, parents should have at least high combining ability. The parent with high GCA and trait complementation were selected. At the same time GCA and SCA effect were taken effect.
