调控丛枝菌根形成的相关信号物质研究进展 被引量:3

Progress in the Signals Involved in Controlling Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Symbiosis

摘要 与丛枝菌根(AM)真菌共生能促进植物水分和养分的吸收,增强植物对生物及非生物胁迫的抗性。鉴于AM真菌与植物共生关系在整个生态系统中的重要作用,研究调控两者共生关系形成的信号物质具有重要科学意义。本文综述了AM真菌与植物共生关系建立前,植物源与真菌源信号物质的组成、结构及其调控过程,并对信号物质研究作了展望。 Symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi not only helps host plant to capture mineral nutrients and water from soil, but also enhances the resistance against biotic and non-biotic stresses. Considering the importance of AM symbiosis in whole ecosystem, the research on signals in the symbiosis formed between AM fungi and host plant is necessary. This review summarizes the signals of AM formation related in AM fungi-host plant partner association, whose components, structure, and regulation process are clarifi ed. In addition, some prospects on signals in AM fungi-host symbiosis are proposed.
