社会化媒体环境下公民意识教育对策研究

Countermeasures on Citizen Consciousness Education in the Context of Social Media

随着社会的发展和思想领域的多元,公民意识教育日益受到党和政府以及学界的重视。特别是目前社会化媒体的蓬勃发展,深刻影响着社会的各个方面,极大促进了公民意识的觉醒和发展。社会化媒体不同于以往媒体的信息生产与传播方式,从虚拟走进现实,成为社会生活中不可缺少的组成部分,改变了人们的信息获取方式和思想价值观念,给公民意识的变化带来了新的影响因素。因此,在公民意识教育路径上,应从构建系统的公民媒介素养教育体系、增强主流媒体在社会化媒体中的话语权、改进社会化媒体管理方式等三个层面进行建设,将社会主义核心价值观融入公民意识教育之中,内化为自觉的公民意识。

With the development of society and diversification of ideology,education of citizen consciousness has draw n increasing attention from the Chinese Communist Party,the government and academia,especially when social media is booming,profoundly influencing the development of society and promoting the aw akening and development of citizen consciousness. Social media,different from previous medias in information production and dissemination,has entered into reality from the virtual world and become an indispensable part of social life. Social media is increasingly affecting the way how people get information as well as their values and ideas. In view of the development of citizen consciousness,this paper analyzes the main factors which influence citizen consciousness. Furthermore,it also discusses countermeasures on social media management,information platform construction,media literacy education,and training channels and so on.
