The formation reasons and contents of Fengtien clique junior officers training system are analyzed.It considers that,this training system includes two stages,which are officers training and officer development.It is the inheritance of the military junior officers training system that implemented and developed during the period of Late Qing and early Republic of China.The training system has the advantages of focusing on cultural lessons and after officers graduate,they can lead troops directly.While it also has some problems,such as lack of regulations and make no account of ideological and political education.
