摘要
梳理了高校人才培养的背景和现状,针对目前我国服务于区域经济发展的人才培养方面存在的问题进行了分析,同时,提出解决的对策和建议。
The background and current situation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities were studied.The problems in talent cultivation for serving the development of regional economy in China at present were analyzed.Some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
