摘要
分析了高校青年外语教师课堂教学能力存在的问题,挖掘了高校青年外语教师课堂教学能力欠缺的原因,提出了提升高校青年外语教师课堂教学能力的策略。
The problems of college young foreign language teachers＇classroom teaching ability were analyzed.The reasons for their lack of classroom teaching ability were discussed.Some strategies to enhance this ability were proposed.
