摘要
旨在开发便于建筑企业使用的进度氛围量表,通过开放式问卷调查和专家访谈确定了288个事例条目,初步确定了7维度框架和30个层面构成的进度氛围量表。通过归类合并、预测试分析和信效度分析,最终编制出由6维度框架和20个层面构成的20个项目的进度氛围量表。通过对秦皇岛建筑企业200名样本员工发放量表,用SPSS21.0和AMOS22分析量表的信度、效度和层面划分的合理性,验证了所开发的进度氛围量表的可信性和有效性。进度氛围量表的开发填补了建筑业进度氛围量表研究的空白,能够成为建筑业进度氛围研究的有效测量工具。
Aiming to develop the progress climate survey scale that could be easily used by construction industry,this study preliminarily determined 288 items contents through open-ended questionnaires and expert interviews and a 7 dimension frames including 30 levels for progress climate is preliminarily determined. After categorized merger and pre-test analysis and reliability and validity analysis,a 6 dimension frames including 20 levels and 20 survey scale items are compiled. Through testing 200 sample employees in Qinhuangdao construction companies,this study used SPSS21.0 and AMOS22 to analyze the reliability,validity and reasonableness of divided level,and verify validity of the scale. The scale is considered to be an effective tool for progress climate research in construction due to its originality and interactivity,which fills the research gap of progress climate in construction.
