摘要
核心素养是我国实现学校教育价值和确立人才质量标准的基础与核心,是在国家教育方针指导下应建立起来的学生发展必须达到的目标体系。本文通过梳理"核心素养"的发展历程,分析核心素养的内涵、特征与价值取向,尝试提出学生核心素养体系建构的思路:横向整合,融会贯通学科素养;纵向衔接,构建垂直教育体系;整体推进,同步实施课程改革;分级测评,完善质量评价标准。
Core literacy, the foundation and core of school education value and talent qualitystandards in China, is a system of goals that students' development must achieve, under the guidance ofnational educational policies. With reviews of the development of "core literacy", this paper analyzes theconnotation, characteristics and value orientation of core literacy, in order to put forward the thinking ofsystem construction of core literacy: horizontal combination, integrating into academic literacy; verticalconvergence, constructing the education system of the vertical stage; overall progress, implementingsimultaneously curriculum reform; grade-evaluation , improving the quality evaluation standard.
