教师资格“国考”研究热点、问题与建议 被引量:23

The Research of the National Teacher Certification Examination:Current Situation,Problem and Suggestion

摘要 对教师资格"国考"的研究从参照标准来看,一是与教师资格省考相对照,二是与西方国家教师资格考试相对照;从系统结构来看,将"国考"嵌入整个教师教育管理系统、教师教育体系来分析其功能和风险,得出了我国教师资格"国考"较省考更全面有效的认识,而与其他国家相比还存在一考定终身,考试形式、内容、体制不完善,与整个教师管理制度和教师教育制度不衔接等问题。对这些研究进行分析和反思,为下一个阶段的"国考"研究在内容上加强系统性分析,在方法上加强实证、解释和批判,奠定了基础并有所启发。 There are two reference systems to study the National Examination of TeacherCertification. The first approach focuses on the comparison between the National Examination and theProvincial Examination and the other between the National Examination in China and other westerncountries. When we analyze its function and risk in terms of systematic structure, where the NationalExamination becomes a part of the holistie educational management system of the teachers andeducational system of the teachers, we find that the National Examination has more comprehensivecoverage of professional teaching knowledge and skills than the Provincial Examination. Compared withother countries, we also find that the National Examination in China is life-decisivethat its form,content and institution need improvement; and that it is inconsistent with the whole management systemof the teachers and with teaching system of the teachers. An analysis and a reflection of those researcheslay foundation for the research into the National Examination of Teacher Certification with respect tosystematic analysis of its content and to empirical, explanatory and critical approaches.
