摘要
采用Sirovision节理岩体遥测系统进行岩体结构数据分析。为了获得更为精确的统计结果,首先对该系统的现场测量及数据分析流程进行了研究,介绍了该系统设备的组成及工作原理,分析了采用该系统进行节理岩体调查和分析时的误差主要来源,并将其归纳为拍摄操作误差、控制点坐标误差以及节理识别误差等几类;然后针对不同的误差来源,开展相应的误差标定试验,分析误差产生的原因及其对调查分析结果的影响程度,提出了减小误差的措施,实现了对调查分析结果的修正;最后基于修正后的Sirovision节理岩体调查及分析方法对焦家金矿典型岩体进行了岩体结构调查与分析,完成了岩体三维模型的重构与结构面信息的提取,并将调查分析结果与手工测量结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,基于修正后的Sirovision节理岩体调查及分析方法获得的数据与实际情况吻合良好,能够达到节理岩体调查所需的精度。参照所获取的节理空间分布形态对焦家金矿岩体的不稳定结构(楔形体结构)进行了分析,可为矿山岩体稳定性分级和确保矿山安全生产提供依据。
In order to obtain more accurate statistical results when carrying out the data analysis of rock structure by using Sirovision telemetry system of jointed rock mass,firstly,the process of filed measurement and data analysis of the system are studied,and the equipment composition and working principle of the system are introduced. Main source of the errors in the process of investigating and analyzing the jointed rock mass by using the system is analyzed. The errors can be summarized as the error of shooting operation,the error of control point coordinates and the error of joints identification; then,according to the different sources of errors,the corresponding error calibration experiments are carried out so as to analyze the causes of errors generated and the influence of the errors on investigation and analysis results. Effective measures of reducing errors are proposed to correct the investigation and analysis results; finally,rock structure of the typical rock of Jiaojia gold mine is investigated and analyzed based on the corrected Sirovision jointed rock mass investigation and analysis method,and the three-dimensional model of rock mass is reconstructed and the information of the structure surface is extracted. Comparison between the investigation and analysis results of the Sirovision system and the manual measurement results are conducted,and the results show that the data obtained by the corrected Sirovision jointed rock mass investigated and analysis method is consistent with the actual situation,it can meet the precision requirements of jointed rock mass investigation. The unstable structure( wedge structure) of Jiaojia gold mine is analyzed based on the spatial distribution pattern obtained by the corrected Sirovision jointed rock mass investigation and analysis method proposed in this paper. It can provide some reference for stability of rock mass classification and ensuring mine safety production.
