摘要
为考察温度对生物除磷颗粒污泥形成的影响,采用三个实验室小试SBR反应器考察了不同温度下生物除磷系统中颗粒污泥的形成情况、颗粒特性及磷酸盐的去除情况。结果表明,在温度条件为8、23和31℃的反应器中,PO43--P的去除率分为99%、98.8%和20.9%。其中,在8和23℃的系统中形成了生物除磷颗粒污泥,污泥的平均粒径为230和465μm,颗粒中聚磷菌占全菌比例为95.7%和97.3%;在温度为31℃的系统中,污泥以絮状体为主,平均粒径为133μm。随着温度的升高,污泥中的胞外聚合物(EPS)的含量逐渐降低,颗粒状的形成与EPS中蛋白质/多糖的比值有关。
Temperature affected the formation of granular sludge for phosphorus removal. Three parallel sequencing batch reactors( SBRs) were employed to investigate effect of the temperature on the formation and characteristics of aerobic granules and the removal efficiency of the phosphate in biological phosphorus removal systems. The phosphorus removal efficiencies were 99%,98. 8% and 20. 9% at temperatures of 8,23 and 31 ℃,respectively. There were phosphorus accumulating granules( the proportions of PAOs were 95. 7% and 97. 3%,respectively) formed in the systems at temperatures of 8 and 23 ℃ with the mean particle sizes of 230 and 465 μm,respectively. While at temperature of 31 ℃,the sludge was in flocculent form with a particle size of 133 μm. The concentration of EPS increased with the temperature,and the formation of P-accumulating granules was in correlation with the ratio of proteins to polysaccharides.
