聚乙二醇联合普拉洛芬治疗眼干燥症的疗效观察 被引量:4

An observation of the curative effect of polyethyleneglycol combined with pranoprofen in the treatment of xerophthalmia

摘要 目的观察聚乙二醇联合普拉洛芬滴眼液对眼干燥症的治疗效果。方法选取临床诊断为眼干燥症患者118例(236只眼),随机分为观察组和对照组各59例。观察组给予4g/L聚乙二醇滴眼液联合使用1g/L普拉洛芬滴眼液,对照组单纯给予4g/L聚乙二醇滴眼液,用法均为每日4次,每次1滴,治疗1周。于治疗前后对患者进行自制症状量表评分,泪膜破裂时间(BUT)测定,基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)测定和角膜荧光素染色试验(FS)测定,并评定治疗的总有效率。结果观察组治疗后症状评分(9.46±1.27)分,与治疗前及对照组相比(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BUT(14.67±1.42)s,SIT(10.28±0.87)mm/5min,FS评分(1.06±0.37)分,与治疗前及对照组相比(P<0.05);观察组总有效率77.97%高于对照组57.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇联合普拉洛芬滴眼液能够有效提高眼干燥症患者的治疗效果。 Objective To observe the curative effect of polyethyleneglycol combined with pranoprofen eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia. Methods 118 patients(236 eyes) with xerophthalmia were randomly allocated to observation group and control group with 59 patients in each.The observation group received the treatment of 4g/L polyethyleneglycol eye drops and 1g/L pranoprofen eye drops while the control group only received 4g/L polyethyleneglycol eye drops.Both drugs were dropped for four times a day,and one drop a time,and the treatment lasted for a week.Patients were received a series of tests including scoring according to the self-made symptom checklist,tear film break-up time(BUT),Schirmer test(SIT) and Corneal Fluorescein Staining(FS) before and after the treatment.Total effective rate was calculated in the end. Results After treatment symptom score according to the self-made symptom checklist of the observation group was(9.46±1.27) compared with the scores before treatment and that of control group(P〈0.05).BUT,SIT and FS score of the observation group were(14.67±1.42)s,(10.28±0.87)mm/5min and(1.06±0.37) respectively after treatment,all of which compared with those before treatment and in control group(P〈0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group was 77.97%,which is higher than 57.63% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Polyethyleneglycol combined with pranoprofen eye drops can improve the curative effect in the treatment of xerophthalmia.
