舒血宁注射液合用脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effect of Shuxuening injection combined with Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

目的探讨舒血宁注射液合用脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证的疗效及安全性。方法将符合标准的96例患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组47例。两组患者均给予口服抗血小板及调脂药物治疗,在此基础上治疗组49例口服脑心通胶囊,疗程4周,同时给予静脉点滴舒血宁注射液,疗程2周;对照组47例口服黄芪颗粒,疗程4周,同时给予静脉点滴丹参注射液,疗程2周,静滴结束后口服丹参片,疗程2周。观察两组治疗前后中医症候﹑心绞痛﹑心电图疗效﹑血脂指标变化及用药不良反应。结果疗程结束后,治疗组与对照组的中医证候总疗效分别为91.84%与72.34%,心绞痛疗效分别为93.88%与80.85%,心电图疗效分别为87.76%与70.21%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组总胆固醇(TC)﹑甘油三酯(TG)﹑高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)﹑低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量与本组治疗前,治疗组与对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),两组患者治疗中均未发生严重不良反应。结论舒血宁注射液合用脑心通胶囊是一种安全﹑有效治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证的用药方案,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss the effect and safety of Shuxuening injection combined with Naoxintong Capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=49） and control group（n=47）.Two groups of patients were all given oral antiplatelet and lipid-lowering drug therapy, On the basis treatment group was given oral Naoxintong capsule for 4 weeks, at the same time giving Shuxuening by intravenous drip for 2 weeks; control group was given oral huangqi particles for 4 weeks, while giving Danshen injection by intravenous drip for 2 weeks, after given oral Danshen tablet for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, two groups were observed about the total effects of traditional chinese medicine syndromes, angina pectoris effect, ECG efficacy, the changes of blood fat indexes and adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the total effects of the TCM syndromes was 91.84% in treatment group and 72.34 % in control group, angina pectoris efficacy was 93.88 % in treatment group and 80.85 % in control group, ECG efficacy was 87.76% in treatment group and 70.21% in control group, the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C contenting with this group were compared with those before treatment and compared with those in treatment group and control group after treatment, the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the two groups of patients had not serious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with Naoxintong Capsule for the treatment of angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is a secure and effective treatment scheme, which is worthy of clinical use.
