止嗽散合三拗汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Zhisou powder and San'ao decoction treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia infection late cough

目的探讨止嗽散合三拗汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽的疗效。方法选取2014年3月-2015年3月我院收治的肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽患者95例,所有患者随机分为观察组48例及对照组47例。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后主要症状与体征积分;观察治疗后的咳嗽消失时间,退热时间,喘憋时间,肺部啰鸣音消失时间及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的82.98%,两组比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的咳嗽消失时间,退热时间,喘憋时间,肺部啰鸣音消失时间等明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的咳嗽、咳痰、痰色质、胸闷、口干、小便黄等症状积分,明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论止嗽散合三拗汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽临床疗效显著,明显缩短症状发生时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Zhisou powder and San＇ao decoction treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia infection late cough. Methods 95 patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group（48 cases） and control group（47 cases）. Observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, before and after the treatment, the main symptoms and signs of integral; observation after treatment of cough disappeared time, cooling time and gasping time, pulmonary rales cries sound disappear time and adverse reactions were all observed and compared. Results The total effective of the observation group was 94.83%, significantly higher than the control group of 84.21%, the two group of comparison, the difference was significantly（P〈0.05）. The two groups of patients after treatment FEV1, FVC, VC, PEF and other indicators were significantly higher than before treatment, the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）. The indexes of FEV1, FVC, VC, PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.34%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（two）, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhisou powder synthetic San＇ao decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in the later stage of infection, cough clinical curative effect is distinct, significantly shorten the time symptoms occur, it is worth of clinical application.
