摘要
目的探讨分析护患沟通技巧在呼吸科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择在我院呼吸科接受治疗的100例患者为研究对象,按照数字表法将所有患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组在常规专业护理的基础上,运用护患沟通技巧,对照组实施常规专业护理,对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度为98.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);观察组的护理投诉率和护理差错率分别为0和2.0%,明显低于对照组的8.0%和12.0%(P<0.05);观察组的平均住院时间为(11.5±3.6)d、治疗依从率为88.0%,明显优于对照组的(16.8±4.1)d和52.0%(P<0.05)。结论针对呼吸科病房的患者,在实施常规专业的治疗的基础上,合理应用护患沟通技巧能够有效提高患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性,降低护理投诉和护理差错,有助于患者早日康复,值得推广实施。
Objective To explore the application effect of nurse patient communication skills in nursing work in department of respiration. Methods 100 patients from department of respiration in our hospital were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the number table method, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given the regular professional care and nurse patient communication skills in nursing work, on the basis of regular professional care using communication skills. The control group was given routine nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results Observation group nursing satisfaction was 98.0%, significantly higher than the 80.0% in the control group(P〈0.05). Nursing complaints and error rate of observation group were 0 and 2.0%, significantly lower than that of the control group 8.0% and 12.0%(P〈0.05). The average hospitalization time of observation group was(11.5±3.6)d, treatment compliance rate of observation group was 88.0%, significantly better than that of control group(16.8±4.1)d and 52.0%(P〈0.05). Conclusion In view of the patients with respiratory ward, on the basis of the implementation of regular professional treatment, reasonable application of nurse patient communication skills can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients, reduce nursing complaints and nursing errors, help patients recover at an early date, worthy of implementation.
