全科治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of family therapy for heart failure

目的研究全科治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月-2014年4月间在我院接受治疗的心力衰竭患者114例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,两组各有57例患者。给予观察组患者全科治疗,给予对照组患者西医常规治疗,治疗后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组心力衰竭患者在接受治疗后,观察组57例心力衰竭患者,治疗总有效率为96.49%;对照组57例心力衰竭患者,治疗总有效率为85.96%,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（x2=3.9462,P〈0.05）。结论全科治疗的方法能够有效改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状,治疗效果优于单纯的西药治疗,可在临床治疗中大力推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of general treatment of heart failure. Methods From 2013 April to 2014 April treated in our hospital 114 cases of patients with heart failure, it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of each 57 cases. The observation of the patients in the treatment group were given general, given to patients in the control group conventional treatment of Western medicine, the effect of treatment in two groups were compared after treatment. Results The two groups of patients with heart failure after receiving treatment, the observation group of 57 cases of heart failure patients, the total effective rate was 96.49%; the control group of 57 cases of heart failure patients, the total effective rate was 85.96%, the total efficiency of the observation group patients were higher than those in the control group of patients the total efficiency of treatment, with statistically significant difference（x2=3.9462 data,P〈0.05）. Conclusion the methods of general treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of heart failure patients, the treatment effect is better than pure western medicine treatment, can be popularized in clinical treatment.
