摘要
目的探究实现药物皮肤试验计算机管理系统开发及应用,旨在加强药物皮肤试验质量控制,提高药物皮肤试验工作准确性,减少医疗管理失误,提高皮肤药物敏感试验的工作效率,减少差错发生。方法通过自行开发的药物皮肤试验计算机管理系统,并应用于2014年1-12月在本院输液中心进行药物皮试患者10458例,并回顾2013年1-12月本输液中心进行传统药物皮试患者11963例的资料,对使用计算机系统管理前后的药物皮肤试验的阳性率、观察时间准确性、安全性、工作效率等情况进行分析。结果管理系统应用以后,进一步优化药物皮肤试验管理,提高药物皮肤试验工作准确性,有效地杜绝差错发生,提高皮肤药物敏感试验的工作效率,提高其安全性,增强了医疗行为的法律效应。结论药物皮肤试验计算机管理系统对提高药物皮肤试验的准确性,有效地杜绝差错发生,提高皮肤药物敏感试验的工作效率,提高其安全性,具有较大的推广、应用价值。
Objective To study the development and application of computer management system in outpatient drugs skin test, to strengthen the quality control of drugs skin test, to improve the work accuracy of drugs skin test, to reduce the failure of medical management, to improve the work efficiency of drugs skin sensitivity test, to reduce the occurrence of mistake. Methods To apply the self-developed computer management system in drugs skin test on 10458 patients who were made with drugs intradermal test in transfusion center of our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014, to retrospectively analyze the 11963 patients who were made with traditional drugs skin test in transfusion center of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013. To analyze the situation of the positive rate of drugs skin test, the accuracy of observation time, safety, and work efficiency and so on of drugs skin test pre and post the using of computer management system. Results The application of computer management system in outpatient drugs skin test has further optimized the management of drugs skin test, has improved the work accuracy of drugs skin test, has put an end to the occurrence of mistake, has improved the work accuracy of drugs skin test and the safety, has strengthened the legal effect of medical behavior. Conclusion Computer management system in outpatient drugs skin test could improve the accuracy of drugs skin test, could effectively put an end to the occurrence of mistake, could improve the work accuracy of drugs skin test and the safety, has higher popularization and application value.
