摘要
对校企合作实施综合评价,有利于对校企合作的现状和问题进行深入的了解和研究。利益相关者理论能为校企合作评价提供一个有效的分析框架,突破已有校企合作评价指标偏向学校的情况,并为综合评价指标体系的构建提供理论依据和参考。根据利益相关者理论对校企合作的利益相关者进行分类,并提出校企合作综合评价指标设计的原则及校企合作综合评价指标体系。
Comprehensive evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation can make us understand the status quo and problems in school-enterprise cooperation deeply. Stakeholder theory provides an effective analytical framework for school-enterprise cooperation, and it breaks the existing indexes which are partial to school, offers theoretical foundation and conference to comprehensive evaluation indexes. According to the stakeholder theory,the paper made a classification of the stakeholders of the school-enterprise cooperation, analysed the principles of how to design the evaluation indexes and proposed the comprehensive evaluation indexes system of the school-enterprise cooperation.
