高职院校人才培养绩效评价研究——基于参与主体视角的调查分析 被引量:7

Performance Evaluation of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the perspective of participants

摘要 经济社会发展对高职院校人才培养提出一系列新要求,人才培养绩效备受关注。从教师和学生视角出发,基于全国21所高职院校1415名受访者的调查显示,高职院校人才培养绩效总体评价较高,特别是素质、职业能力和实践认可度得到普遍肯定,但仍有待提升。教师与学生对高职院校人才培养绩效的评价存在显著差异,应建立信息长效互通机制,实现师生、校企间的密切合作。此外,方差分析显示不同类型高职院校的人才培养绩效存在显著差异,应深入研究人才培养绩效的影响因素,探寻差异根源,提出针对性的优化路径。 Economic and social development put forward a series of new requirements for higher vocational education. The talent cultivation performance has been a major concern. Starting from the perspective of teachers and students, the researcher comprehensive and directly evaluated the performance of higher vocational education,basis on the data of 1415 respondents from 21 higher vocational colleges. Results show that the quality of student,professional ability and practical identity gain common acceptance, and it remains to be promoted. The evaluation result of higher vocational education performance has a significant difference between teachers' view and students' view. Long-term information exchange mechanism should be established to carry out the close cooperation between teachers and students, colleges and enterprises. In addition, ANOVA showed a significant difference in talent cultivation performance of different types of colleges and universities. The influence factors of training performance should be further investigated to explore what make the differences and put forward the corresponding optimization path.
