摘要
本文对MLS_3-170型采煤机牵引部液压调速系统中的压力反馈控制系统进行了理论分析,建立了由螺旋阻尼管道与调速油缸构成的压力反馈装置的数学模型。指出了该模型与文献[1]之间的区别,并确定了阻尼管道的合理内径值。为阻尼管道的设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper a theoretical analysis has been made of the pressure feedback in speed regulation system of hydraulic haulage unit, and a mathematical model of the pressure feedback device composed of damping pipe and speed regulating cylinder, has been built up. The paper points out the difference between the models given by this paper and reference[1], and gives method for determining the rational inside diameter of the damping pipe. It provides an theoretical basis for design of the damping pipe.
