针对我国互联网接入业务发展现状,结合当前存在的管理问题,研究提出加强互联网接入源头管理的措施与建议。
In view of the current situation of China＇s Internet access service and regulation, the study proposes the measures and suggestions to strengthen the regulation of Internet access.
