摘要
近年来,我国互联网持续高速发展,用户上网体验日益引发社会各界的持续关注。从用户体验角度出发,全面梳理了影响互联网服务质量的重要评价指标,结合国外电信运营企业的SLA标准,以及我国互联网内容提供商及监测机构的经验,提出一套互联网质量评测体系。
With the rapid growth of Internetin past few years, users started to pay close attention to their broadband performance.Based on the research on SLA systems of ISPs and Internet measurement experience of ICPs and other organizations in China, this paper presents an Internet quality evaluation system with a list of main service parameters that canaffect Internet quality, aiming toenhance user's experience.
