基于科学的产业发展模式研究——以心电图和石墨烯产业为例 被引量:14

Development Model of Science-based Industries: Case Study on Electrocardiogram and Graphene

摘要 强调科学作为创新原始动力在产业发展中的特殊作用,将产业划分为"基于科学的产业"和"基于技术的产业",论述了两类产业的概念内涵和特点,以及目前六代创新模型对科学作为创新原始动力认识的不足,并提出了将产业再分类的依据由于概念较新,尚未形成理论体系。对心电图和石墨烯两个典型的基于科学的产业进行了深入分析,通过探索性案例研究的方法来构建理论,提出了基于科学的产业其发展的一般模式,论述了该类产业发展过程中科学、技术、产业及其他相关产业在时间和关键节点上的关系以及科学在其中的核心作用,指出传统"技术学习追赶模式"应用于"战略性新兴产业"发展存在的局限性。 Focusing on science as an original innovation force, the paper presented sorts industries into two types, namely 'science-based industries' and 'technology-based industries'. The paper presented the concepts and properties of the two types of industries and also suggested that the well-known six generations of innovation models cannot explain the role of science as an original innovation force. As an emerging research field there is few established theories so we use exploratory case study to build theories. By analyzing two typical science-based industries, namely ECG and grapheme industries, we proposed the general development model of science-based industries, analyzing the relations of science, technologies, industries and other relative industries as well as the core role of science. Further, we argued that traditional leaming methods we use for industries catching up probably not suitable for strategic emerging industries
