摘要
从团队层面出发,构建了团队社会网络、团队学习和团队创造力之间的关系模型。运用SPSS和AMOS软件对72个团队样本数据进行实证分析,检验了团队学习的中介效应机制,验证了其他相关假设。研究结果表明,团队学习在团队社会网络对团队创造力的影响中起着完全中介作用;团队内部社会网络和团队外部社会网络均对团队学习具有显著的正向影响;团队学习对团队显性创造力和隐性创造力具有显著的正向影响;不同类型的团队网络在团队创造力和团队学习上均存在显著差异。根据上述研究结果,认为团队应该从营造高集权—高互动的内部网络状态,构建多共同语言—高互动的外部网络状态;强化团队学习的行为输出等方面提升团队学习效果,进而提升团队创造力。
We embarks from the team level, build the relational model between team social network, team learning and team creativity, inspection the mediating effect of team learning. Using SPSS and AMOS software to carry on the empirical analysis about 72 teams sample data, test the mediation effect of team learning mechanism, and other related assumption. The results show that team learning plays an completely mediating effect on team social network impact on team creativity; Team internal social networks and external social network has significantly positive effects on team learning; of team learning has significant positive influence on team dominance creativi- ty and implicit creativity; Team creativity and team learning have significant differences on different team network. Based on the above research results, we suggest that the team should build high centralization-high interaction of internal network status; Build more common language-high interaction of external network status; Strengthen the team learning behavior output, etc, to promote team learning effect, and enhance team creativity .
