社会转型期高校体育面临的困境与尴尬

Predicament of university sports during the social transformation period

高等教育现代化,必然包括高校体育的现代化。现阶段高校体育实现现代化目标,任重道远、困难重重。运用文献法与逻辑分析法,并结合一线教学经历,首先从高校体育被不断边缘化、高校体育改革裹足不前、大学生体质健康水平持续下滑等三个方面分析社会转型期高校体育面临的突出困境。然后,阐述了国家政策频繁颁布而高校政策执行显自律不足,少数专家体育思想构建是高屋建瓴而多数一线体育教师实施则目光短浅,大学生体质问题迫在眉睫而大学生体育参与却慢条斯理等三个高校体育面临的尴尬局面。最后,提出基于评价杠杆的高校体育困境与尴尬三方对策。

The modernization of higher education includes the modernization of university sports.There is still a long way to go for university sports to achieve modern goal. Using the method of documentation,logical analysis and combined with the teaching experience,this paper studied the predicament of university in developing sports. First of all,the major difficulties that university sports are faced with in the social transformation period are analyzed from three aspects： 1） university sports are constantly marginalized; 2） university physical education reform comes to a standstill; 3） college students＇ physical health has continued to decline. Then,the three predicaments were expounded： 1） national policies were frequently issued and the implementation of the policies by universities were explicitly insufficient for lack of self- discipline; 2） the minority sports experts thought construction is esoteric while the majority PE teachers to practice the thought are short- sighted; 3）university students＇ physical problems are urgent to solve while the physical activities fail to satisfy the needs. Finally,based on the evaluation lever,it is proposed that we solve the university sports predicament with countermeasures involved in three parties.
