摘要
油茶原产中国,已有2 300多年的榨油食用历史,主产区集中分布在湘、赣、滇、闽、浙、皖、粤、陕、川、鄂、豫、桂、渝14个省区的642个县(市区)。茶油中的不饱和脂肪酸含量达90%,被誉为"油中软黄金",是国际粮农组织重点推广的健康型高级食用植物油[1]。但因"人种天管"的粗放管理,使得油茶座果率低,平均亩产毛油10 kg左右。着重在油茶的栽培管理、茶油的加工、产业链的延伸等方面作一阐述,使油茶传统产业焕发新春、展翅腾飞,为大众的健康饮食筑起一道天然屏障。
Camellia native to China,has 2 300 years of oil edible history,producing concentration distribution in hunan,jiangxi,yunnan,fujian,zhejiang,anhui,guangdong,shanxi,sichuan,hubei,henan,guangxi,chongqing 14 provinces and regions of 642 counties( city). Tea oil in the unsaturated fatty acid content of 90%,known as " soft gold",is the international food and agriculture organization( fao) focus on promotion of health senior edible vegetable oil in[1]. But because of the " tube" race day extensive management,makes the oil-tea fruit-set rate is low,the average oil 10 kg per mu.For this,this paper emphatically in camellia cultivation management,an extension of the industrial chain of tea oil processing and discussed aspects and so on,the flying of the traditional industry to glow the New Year,and built a natural barrier for the mass of a healthy diet.
