摘要 在调研分析了国内外水泥石自愈合性能评价方法的基础上,结合实验室制备的遇油自愈合材料的愈合机理,通过实验对水泥石造缝方式和水泥石自愈合性能评价装置进行了探索,设计出用于室内评价水泥石自愈合性能的实验装置及评价方法,并以封堵压力为指标,通过实验分别分析了遇油自愈合材料加量和裂缝尺寸对水泥石自愈合性能的影响,从而证明了该评价装置和评价方法进行水泥石自愈合性能评价的可行性。该研究不仅对固井水泥石自愈合技术研究及水泥石自愈合材料的开发提供结构简单便于操作的评价装置,而且丰富了目前存在的自愈合性能评价方法。 Based on the investigation and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation methods of the selfhealing cement from domestic and abroad investigation,with the combination of the healing mechanism of oil-swellable additive material developed in laboratory,this paper explores the way of artificial gap in cement stone and the evaluation device of the cement self-healing properties by the experiments. Finally,a device and a method for evaluating the selfhealing properties of cement indoors are designed. Taking the plugging pressure as an index and analyzing the impacts of the amount of oil-swellable additive material and fracture geometry on the self-healing properties of cement,the feasibility of the device and method are proved. This research paper not only provides a simple and easily-operating device for the research of the self-healing cementing technology and the development of the self-healing materials but also enriches the existing evaluation methods of the self-healing cement performance.
