摘要 针对现代工业科技的不断进步对学生工程实践能力的需求,阐述了传统教学模型的局限性。建立一套完善、高效、科学的开放式实验室教学管理体系,激发学生自主参与工程实践课程的热情,以提高学生创新意识和科研能力,增强团队意识和协作精神是教学研究与改革的核心目标。最后在分析工程训练中心的基础上,探讨了开放式工程中心管理建设应该解决的重大问题,并结合实际情况,提出建设开放信息管理系统、完善资源库和学生作品挑战库、会员制、预约式实训开放式管理模式。 With the progress of modern industrial technology,engineering practice ability of students needs to be improved. The traditional teaching model has been unable to meet the requirements. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a sound,efficient and scientific open laboratory management system,stimulate student 's enthusiasm of independent learning,to improve innovation and research capacity,enhance team awareness and spirit. They are the goals of teaching and research assistance and reform. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Engineering Training Center,the major issues of open-center management construction project should be addressed,by combining with the actual situation. The management and construction of opening teaching mode in engineering training center were made from building the center open full-time information management system,establishing and improving the resource base,establishing students' works challenge data base,creating a membership-based management,and establishing reservation-training mode and so on.
