从研究校政企合作的缘起出发,校政企合作源于教育方针、产学研结合的需要、国外人才培养成功的经验以及国内成功的院校实践经验。梳理学校、政府、企业三方在合作中的角色,学校为企业提供知识和技术,为企业输送人力资源;政府驱动、调控、监督校政企合作,给校政企合作提供一个良好的土壤;企业共享实验实习设备、负责产品的更新换代、及时反馈市场信息。学校、政府、企业在校政企合作中是三方共赢、相互需要的关系。

On the basis of the research of the cooperation between university and college,government and enterprise, the author studies the cooperation between university and college,government and enterprise originated from the Policy of Education, the need of the combination of production, learning and research, the successful experience of talent cultivation overseas and the successful practical experience in domestic universities. Then the author analyzes their respective roles of university and college, government and enterprise in cooperation. University and college provide knowledge and techniques for enterprise, as well as professionals for enterprise. Government drives ,regulates, controls and monitors the cooperation between university and college ,government and enterprise, at the same time provides a good environment for the cooperation. Enterprise shares the equipments, takes responsibility of the maintenance and upgrading of products and provides feedbacks of market. The cooperation between university and college ,government and enterprise is successful for three of them and they mutually support each other.
