刑事技术实验室存在的问题及解决对策

Construction and Scientific Management of Criminal Technology Laboratory

随着社会发展与学科建设的日趋完善,刑事技术实验室在实验管理体制、实验人员队伍、实验教学体系等方面逐渐暴露出一些与发展不协调的因素。为了巩固刑事技术实验室在公安教育及人才培养中的地位,提高实验室的建设水平和实验资源的利用效率,分析了刑事技术实验室在建设、管理和使用过程中存在的突出问题,在社会变革与学科发展的新背景下进一步明确了其地位与作用,并在此基础上从实验教学理念、实验管理体制、实验人员队伍、实验设备使用与管理、实验教学内容体系、实验环境的安全保障等方面提出了科学合理的建议,为建设高水平的公安院校提供保障。

With the maturing of social development and discipline construction,criminal technical laboratory reveals some uncoordinated development factors gradually involving the management system,laboratory staff and experimental teaching system. In order to consolidate the status of criminal technology laboratory in education and personnel training of public security,and improve the level of laboratory construction as well as the efficiency of experimental resources,this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the outstanding problems existing in the criminal technical laboratory construction,management and use process,and further clarifies its position and role under new background of social change and development of the subject. As a conclusion,we put forward reasonable proposals from experimental science teaching ideas,management system construction,laboratory staff construction,laboratory equipment and management,experimental teaching content system,security and other aspects of the experimental environment,which is for the development of a high level of public security universities.
