摘要
地质公园开发潜力评价是地质公园开发与建设的基础工作,是地质公园有序开发的科学依据。本文从旅游资源保障力、环境承载力和旅游开发支撑力等三个方面构建地质公园开发潜力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和灰色系统理论对贵州黔东南苗岭国家地质公园9个景区进行开发潜力评价,评价结果认为开发潜力综合评价有一定的时效性,云台山景区在"申遗"成功背景下的开发潜力最大,革东古生物化石景区虽有世界级地质景观但在现阶段保护需求高、基础设施薄弱使其开发潜力相对最小。因此,黔东南苗岭国家地质公园现阶段开发应以云台山、杉木河为主打品牌,并以保护性开发为前提促进地质公园合理化建设。
Evaluation of geological park development potential is the basic work of geo-park development and construction. It is the scientific basis for the orderly development of the geo-park. This paper from the tourism resource,environment carrying capacity and tourism development support force to construct the evaluation index system of geo-park development potential in three areas,and using the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and Grey system theory to evaluate the 9 scenic spots of Guizhou Qiandongnan Miaoling national geo-park development potential evaluation,the result of evaluation shows that the comprehensive evaluation of development potential can be used in a certain period of time,Yuntai mountain scenic spot is the greatest development potential spots of Miaoling national geopark under the background of inscription successful,and although Gedong fossil scenic spot has world-class geological landscape but at this stage the high demand of protection and the weak infrastructure make the development potential relative minimum. Therefore,at this stage to develop Qiandongnan Miaoling national geo-park in Yuntai Mountain,and the Shanmu River as the main brand,besides protect the development to promote the reasonable construction of geo-park as the premise.
