聚氯乙烯车间空气中氯乙烯的顶空气相色谱测定法

摘要 用顶空气相色谱法测定聚氯乙烯车间空气中氯乙烯的含量。以流量为0.1L/min采集空气试样1.5L,经甲醇解吸后,顶空温度在50℃条件下平衡40min,用气相色谱FID检测器,以OV-1毛细管柱分离测定。氯乙烯的加标回收率为97.9%~111.2%,方法最低检出浓度为0.89mg/m^3,相对标准偏差(RSD%)为4.99%。结果表明,该方法有较高的灵敏度和理想的准确度,并能达到规定的检出限,适用于工作场所空气中氯乙烯的测定。 We determine the concentration of vinyl chloride in air of polyvinyl chloride workshop by Headspace Gas Chromatography. Acquire 1.5 L air sample by the flow rate of 0. 1 L/min, desorbing the sample by methanol, in equilibrium the solution for 40 min at the temperature of 50℃C. Determine the sample by gas chromatography with FID detector and OV-1 Capillary column. The recoveries of vinyl chloride are 97.9 % - 111.2 %. The lowest detection concentration is 0. 89 mg/m3. Relative standard deviation( RSD % ) is 4.99 %. The results show that the meth- od has higher sensitivity and ideal accuracy which can reach the specified detection limit. It is suitable for the deter-mination of vinyl chloride in air of workplace.
