摘要
农药残留污染是造成我国农业面源污染的主要原因之一,针对其污染的现状和危害,本文重点介绍了凝胶渗透色谱、加速溶剂萃取、分子印迹固相萃取等样品前处理技术和气质联用法、液质联用法、毛细管区带电泳法等残留样品检测技术的国内外进展情况,并展望了其未来研究方向。
The pesticide residue is one of important pollution sources which may cause agricultural non-point pol- lution in Chinese country. Aiming at the status that the pollution of pesticide residue raising is going from bad to worse in China, this article reviews the current progress on pesticide sample preparation and instrumental detection technologies in China and abroad. Methodologies are discussed including SPE, SPME, MAE, SFE, GPC, ASE, MI- SPE, GC, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, CZE, IA and Biosensor. And its research direction in future is put forward.
