摘要
针对科研试验装备可修系统故障数据的特点,对故障数据在科研试验装备维修保障中的应用进行研究。介绍应用于可修系统故障数据分析的时齐泊松过程和非时齐泊松过程模型及其在故障数据分析中的适用性检验方法,并通过实例介绍可修系统故障数据分析的步骤。结果表明:该方法能判断科研试验装备可靠性发展趋势,在一定程度上克服主观臆断,为装备维修保障决策提供科学依据。
Aiming at the characteristic of the fault data which belongs to the repairable scientific test equipments, the application of the fault data in maintenance of the scientific being studied. Models of homogeneous Possion process and non-homogeneous Possion process and their usability in fault data analysis of repairable equipments be introduced, the steps of the fault data analysis of the repairable equipments illustrated through an example, it shows that the reliability trend of the scientific test equipment can be judged through the fault data analysis, to a certain extent, the supposition can be avoided and the scientific basis for the decision of equipment maintenance be provided.
