氦中氖气体标准物质的研制

摘要 开展了氦中氖气体标准物质的制备技术研究,并进行了均匀性、稳定性考察及不确定度评定。结果表明研制的气体标准物质量值准确可靠,达到了国家二级气体标准物质的要求。氦中氖浓度为0.05%-20%(mol/mol),扩展不确定度为1.5%(k=2)。 The preparation of the gas reference material of neon in helium was discussed in the paper. And the uniformity,stability and uncertainty of the gas reference material were also analyzed in the paper. The results showed that the value was accurate and reliable,and reached the secondary national reference material. The concentration range was 0. 05%-0. 20%( mol / mol) and the uncertainty was 1. 5%( k = 2).
