摘要
借助商业仿真软件Fluent,采用k-ε双方程湍流模型和Coupled算法,对新型8层火道罐式煅烧炉的热工过程进行仿真分析。基于概率密度函数(PDF)模型研究火道内挥发分和预热空气的燃烧过程。采用内热源模型研究罐体内石油焦的炭质烧损,研究火道、罐体及火道墙的耦合传热。仿真研究得到火道内流场、压力场和温度场以及罐体内石油焦的温度场等热工参数。
The thermal process of pot calciner with new 8 layer flues was studied by commercial simulation software. Fluent, k-εtwo-equation turbulence model and coupled method were used in this paper. The combustion of volatile and preheat air was studied in flues by probability density function(PDF) model. The carbon loss of petroleum coke of tank was studied by inner heat source model. Coupled heat transfer of flues, tank and flue wall were also investigated. The parameters for flow field, pressure field and temperature field of flues, and temperature field of petroleum coke in tank were obtained in this study.
