鉴于目前国内阳极厂敞开式环式焙烧炉火孔密封的特点和不足,结合多年来在第一代T型铸铁,第二代T型普通耐火材料火孔圈、火孔盖使用的基础上进行了优化,提出和应用了新型V型节能密封火孔盖,新型火孔盖具有密封性好,散热少,使用寿命长等特点,使用后节能降耗效果显著。

In view of the characteristics and deficiency of baking furnace fire hole sealing for the present in the domestic anode plant. This paper optimized it based on using the first generation of T type cast iron and the second generation T common refractory fire hole circle, fire hole cover for years, and proposed and applied the new V-type of fire hole cover with energy-saving and sealing.The characteristics of the new V-type fire hole cover is good sealing, less heat radiation and long service life after used, it has the effect of a definite energy-saving.
