This paper introduced the precision requirement and characteristics of the main technical parameters about car bottom baking furnace. The temperature control method of high precision temperature field was described, and the application and rationality of the pulse combustion technology in car bottom carbon furnaces were discussed. The combustion control methods for maintaining the low oxidizing atmosphere and the specific measures for guaranteeing the stability of combustion were developed in detail.
