摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素联合滋肾育胎丸治疗因抗心磷脂抗体所致复发性流产的疗效。方法将126例因抗心磷脂抗体所致复发性流产患者分为两组,对照组(63例)采用传统的阿司匹林联合强的松治疗,观察组(63例)采用新型抗凝药物低分子肝素联合滋肾育胎丸治疗,比较两组治疗前后抗体清除率和妊娠结局。结果观察组的活产率和抗体清除率分别为87.3%(55/63)和79.4%(50/63),明显高于对照组的60.3%(38/63)和36.5%(23/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合滋肾育胎丸治疗能有效改善抗心磷脂抗体习惯性流产患者的妊娠结局,且抗体清除效果显著。
Objective To investigate efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with Zishen Yutai pill in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion（ RSA） caused by anticardiolipin antibody（ ACA）. Methods 126 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion（ RSA） caused by anticardiolipin antibody（ ACA） were divided into control group and observation group with 63 cases in each group. The control group were given aspirin combined with prednisone,while the observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with Zishen Yutai pill. Then,antibody clearance rate and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results Live birth rate and antibody clearance rate of the observation group was 87. 3%（ 55 /63） and 79. 4%（ 50 /63） respectively,and those of the control group was60. 3%（ 38 /63） and 36. 5%（ 23 /63） respectively,which showed that live birth rate and antibody clearance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,so difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with Zishen Yutai pill can effectively improve pregnancy outcome of the patients with RSA caused by positive ACA,and the effect of antibody clearance is remarkable.
