Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Process of Professionalization of the Football Referee

通过文献资料法、调查访问法、对比分析法、分析综合法等研究方法,对比中外足球裁判员管理体制及管理现状,探究出我国足球裁判实行职业化主要受足球运动水平,裁判自身水平,政府及社会保障能力,外界舆论环境等多种因素影响。足球裁判职业化有利于职业道德提高,维护公平竞赛;环境净化,执法水平提高;待遇提高,裁判队伍年轻化;推动足球运动发展。

In this paper, through literature, survey, comparative analysis, comprehensive analysis and other re-search methods , comparison of Chinese and foreign institutional and management status of football referees manage -ment, exploring that the implementation of professional football referee mainly affected by football level , referee their own level , the government and social security capabilities , outside opinion of the environment .The profes-sionalization of football referees is beneficial to the improvement of professional morality , the maintenance of fair competition , the improvement of environmental pollution , the improvement of law enforcement , the promotion of treatment, the youth of the referee team, and the development of football sport .
