文章从某万吨级货船轴系的液压联轴节更新安装出发,介绍液压联轴节的原理,装配及轴上的安装方法,分析影响扭矩传递能力的安装参数的计算及相互关系。为类似船舶液压联轴节的故障分析和更新安装提供参考。
The principle of hydraulic coupling and assembly and installation methods are described based on the reinstallation of the hydraulic coupling on a 10 000 ton class cargo ship. It also analyzes the calculation method of the installation parameters that influence the torque transfer capacity and the correlation among these parameters. It could provide references for the failure analysis and the update installation of the hydraulic coupling on similar vessels.
