摘要
针对推进器润滑油循环特点,对齿轮箱油液位的变化进行计算和试验,结果显示了齿轮箱油液位变化过程,并通过搅油功率损失的计算揭示润滑油温度变化的规律,提出齿轮箱初始油液位的高度对润滑油温升的影响。
The oil level of a gear box is calculated and tested according to the lubricating oil circulation characteristics of marine propellers. The results show the transformation process of the oil level of the gear box. The temperature change of the lubricating oil is qualitatively evaluated by the calculation of the oil churning losses, revealing the influence of the initial oil level in the gear box on the rise of the oil temperature.
